Welcome to the Guru Singh Blog
To get a peek at us: my wife and I are yogis, or perhaps I'm a yogi and she’s a yogini. Yet however you want to pronounce it or refer to us, we've been doing it long enough (nearly 40 years) to master it from several directions, and perhaps dimensions.
We live in Los Angeles and Seattle; sometimes in the mountains of California, annually in Amritsar-India, Southeast Asia, Europe, the South-Pacific and a lot of time in New Mexico. We are what you might call global citizens, or globesitters (that's full lotus of course) and we write, teach, play music, are ministers (marry couples) and are just plain in love with each other and our work here on Planet Earth.
Our two children have graduated college and now live back in Los Angeles — our son after teaching in India for three years — our daughter after running track at the University of Oregon for four years.
Our lives are our contribution — exemplifying a delicate and vital balance between honoring family, maintaining a passionate commitment to Spirit and working with other spiritual masters to uplift the children — of all ages — throughout this world.

I moved from Los Angles, and really miss your wonderful classes. I live in the Washington D. C. metro area, now. Perhaps someday you can come teach a class in this area. Blessings to you and your lovely family.

My partner and I were just at Date with Destiny and were both privileged to have made contact with both you and your lovely wife (both in washrooms coincidentally). We just wanted to let you know that we were touched by the beauty and serenity of you both and felt that you were a true inspiration and epitomised spirituality perfectly. Also on a lighter note the vision of you dancing with Scott Humphrey (Sage's brother) will stay with us forever. Thank you. I really miss your classes/workshops, which I religiously attended when you visited London and teach ..... in the Lotus centre which was run by Guru Dharam in those days. I also remember attending some incredible workshops of yours in some studios in Holborn.

Also, I had a 'one to one' with you in London about ten years ago. You then gave me an idea for a book I should write. I have written two novels since then, and it's only now that I feel I'm finally ready to write the book you were referring to. Thank you for the inspiration.

I have been wishing that I had taken better notes on your lecture about the ugas and their mathmatical/social/spiritual manifestations since summer solstice 2005. Many compliments to you Guru Singh as I have yet to find a more consise source on the subject! You should write a book or have you already?? I would love to purchase it!

I wanted to tell you about a rare chance to see the film before it comes out in theatres.
We are showing the film at the Brilliant Light Festival here Sat 4/5 and Sunday 4/6. I think it is $8 to get in but it goes to support a good cause. You can reserve tickets online on their website. It’s at Raleigh studios on Melrose.
