Kundalini Meditation - Summer Solstice 40 Day Sadhana


After this relaxation—-resume sitting up in easy pose or on a comfortable chair and begin the meditation herein below.

This is the 11 minute daily meditation that follows the yoga set found just above on this BLOG. There are 6 mudras or positions that will be referred to change/shift to during this meditation. Study the photos below before beginning this practice to acquaint yourself with the positions that I will be referring to during the mantra.

The mantra is ONG NAMO GURU DEV NAMO. Remember it is more important what a mantra does than what it means, however to satisfy the brain—-this mantra means "Invoking the Divine Presence—the Teacher Within."
