Happy Father's Day
Sat Nam Dear Ones,
Fathers are—for so many children—some of the most effective yet indirect teachers on this planet. They give their wisdom in so many ways and we realize the extent of that wisdom so many years later. As we celebrate this day—our hearts and prayers go out to
the fathers of this world. Bless them the world over and keep them safe in this time that is targeting them in man's quest for physical dominance and psychological survival. Our cultures are such today that they drive compassion from heart and soul of our villages . . . it is often the fathers who are caught in the battle at the crossroads. Let us take the time today to say a conscious prayer for the fathers of this world and bless them to be strong in their attempts to end these battles.
This (to the left) is the art of my father—-an artist, philosopher, yogi and great husband to our mother for 50 years—-also a great and constant teacher to me and my sister—and so many others—while he was on this Earth . . . even more so now.
As I wrote before, his sayings ring in my ears to this day.
Always with Love, Blessings, Prayer and Gratitude,
Guru Singh and Guruperkarma Kaur
