POSE for a Solution

This is a new feature of our BLOG—-for the purpose of familiarizing readers with yoga poses and breathing that can be helpful in working with life as we currently experience it. When each breath connects to every cell of our body, we experience the miracle of existence. This stretching into the "Body-glove" gives us the "road-grip and traction" (so to speak) to physically manifest dreams.

In this posture focus your attention on the center of the tip of the nose with the eyes closed . . . breathe long and deep from the diaphragm with the spine straight. Focus on the entry point of this breath—-the tip of the nose. Do this for one to two minutes at a time . . . good to do two or three times per day.

After completing the exercise, sit comfortably with your hands folded in the lap and experience the experience.
