POSE for a Solution

Pose for a solution is a new feature of our BLOG—-for the purpose of familiarizing readers with yoga poses and breathing exercises that can be helpful in working with life as we currently experience it. When each breath connects to every cell of our body, we experience the miracle of existence. This stretching into the "Body-glove" gives us the "road-grip and traction" (so to speak) to physically manifest dreams.
In this pose—-bring one leg out in front of you and tuck the other heal into the groin. Hook your thumbs together and lean forward from the hips. Simply allow your weight to bring you forward and breathe long and deep as gravity moves you downward. By opening the hips and the lower spine we allow the abdomen to relax.
Do this for one minute on each side at a time . . . good to do in the morning before the day and in the evening after the day is done just before bed.
After completing each side of the exercise, sit comfortably with your hands folded in the lap and experience the experience.
