Dear Ones - Sat Nam,
Bring one heal up to the groin and lean out over the straight—extended—leg with the thumbs hooked together. Allow gravity to pull you down—don't force it—with each breath you breathe. Continue to stretch forward from the base of the spine while the gravity does its job . . . enjoy the releasing of the tension and the stress. After a minute or so relax back up and wait for a minute to repeat this on the other side.

Pose for a solution is a new feature of our BLOG—for the purpose of familiarizing readers with Kundalini yoga poses and breathing exercises that can be helpful in working with life as we currently experience it. When each breath (prana yam) connects to every cell of our body, we experience the miracle of existence. The poses (asanas) stretching into the "Body-glove" gives us the "road-grip or traction" (so to speak) to physically take hold of and manifest our dreams.
