Dear Ones - Sat Nam,
This combination of breathing and moving—in this particular sequence—is known as painting intentions into the AURA. Do this for a minute or two in the morning . . . after you have cleared your thoughts through chanting and meditation. Start by placing clear and energized intentions in the very front of your senses then inhale swinging gently upward and exhale as you bend gracefully down.
After a minute or so relax in a sitting or lying down position and experience the experience.
