Kundalini Yoga has been an ongoing daily practice for 40 years in my life. There has never been a time when its effectiveness has been more important. Dear Sean --- This is the 1955 Gibson J-45 that I still play although you cannot recognize it as it has been customized and is now a Blond finish.
