Let's Do Kundalini Yoga and Connect to the True Self

Dear Ones — Sat Nam,

August 26 — Happy Birthday Yogi Bhajan — the Master who first brought Kundalini Yoga out of India in December of 1968. I met him and began studying on January 10, 1969 — 5 days after he began teaching in Los Angeles.

Kundalini Yoga is a physical activity of angles and triangles syncopated with the rhythm of breathing that allows us to consciously stretch into our body-glove, connect our neurology with our psychology—place the heart before the head to balance our physical body, brain activity and emotions.

Do this set daily—for several days in a row—to enable this vital connection . . . so important to living life in this contemporary world. In this case the vital connection is to the True Self.

Use this LINK > YOGA SET < to download the MP3 audio file of this Kundalini Yoga class recorded live August 21st 2008 at Yoga West in West Los Angeles. I teach at  Yoga West  when I am in Los Angeles Monday and Thursday evenings at 7pm and Tuesday mornings at 9am.

Here below are the simple drawings of this set's postures to give you a visual orientation for the class. Use these drawings with the Audio File.
NOTE: B of F means Breath of Fire and LDB means Long Deep Breathing.

Do this set as often as you feel the need to get in touch with you and to center your self on your path and for your mission.

Always with Sacred Love, Blessings, Prayer and Gratitude . . . Sat Nam,
Guru Singh and Guruperkarma Kaur
