MANIFESTIVAL NOW . . . MEDITATION ON THE 5 ELEMENTS

Sat Nam Dear Ones,

Sit in a chair or on the floor with your hands in the position (mudra) shown here to the left. Follow my voice through this guided meditation . . . you can download here.

We are not only incarnated into the physical - material universe. These sectors of the multiverse are not all there is of the Infinite Eternity. But when we are here, we are obligated to contend with the fundamental aspects of these dynamic fields . . .
The 5 elements (tatvas) the Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Ether . . .

Multiple Dynamic Constants - action equals reaction for one, and stress, friction, tension plus pressure are material laws - for another.
How small our existence is until we commit our Self to the Totality . . . learning—through meditation—to sail the multiverse, turning the winds of gravity into avenues of levity, travailing beyond the limitations of this material world . . . beyond the horizons of any limitation.

Use this guided meditation to achieve this in a small, yet accumulative way every day . . .

Always with Sacred Love, Blessings, Prayer and Gratitude . . .
Guru Singh and Guruperkarma Kaur

Thanx. I'll have this instead of the cup of coffee I thought I needed.

Sat Nam, thank you very much for this.
May I know what are the fingers touching in the mudra and which album is the mantra playing in the background from?
