STAND STRONG - EVEN WHEN YOU ARE STANDING ALONE !

Sat Nam - Dear Ones,

Right here and right now there are many forces at play in the Cosmos and this world: some of them—fear, doubt, panic and hoarding - to name a few—feed off our collective human energy without our conscious knowledge. There are many additional forces, in each of our personal worlds, that are our allies . . . siblings of our dharmic destiny . . . Rocks of Gibraltar—so to say—that stand by us to gather the support that we can rely upon. It is each of our personal responsibilities to know the difference between the two and have the mindset, skillset, toolset and willset to make the conscious choice.

Today the newspapers and television news have decided that it is in their best misguided interest to incite panic; a panic that feeds those parasitic forces that in turn feed off our energies. It has always been around, nothing new, where the people are lined up as sheep to respond in mass.

Stand strong - even when you are standing alone in that strength and create a flourishing dominion with your human magic, your conscious strengths and your wise confidence. Reclaim, regenerate and arise into your personal power! Do so with a daily practice that honors you and what you came to accomplish on this Earth.

Your life is yours and yours alone . . . do not allow the storms of this time to erode your glory. Believe in yourself to the extent that no external word, deed or thought can minimize your potency. Keep up against the ongoing grim news that saturates our psyches on a daily basis. It is far better to now be considering your place in this world and your spiritual agenda with increased ferocity . . . emphasis on the word ferocity.

Be a "Spiritual Warrior" not a "Timid Worrier" and spread your inner power . . . first into your own tangible-practical reality, and then by expanding your dominion and influence on those who need you. Resist the urge to spin out of focus . . . continue to give birth to every one of your creative visions. The time is now and now is a great time to be here now.

Our Special Los Angeles Yoga West class this Friday - lecture, yoga set and meditation to be placed on the website for those not in Los Angeles - is going to deal with exactly achieving this mindset, skillset, toolset and willset. For every action there is an equal - opposite reaction . . . what is happening in this world can be countered by using the available equal - opposite reaction.

Therefore, once again, I say . . . this is the best time to be here now.

Always with Sacred Love, Blessings, Prayer & Gratitude . . . Sat Nam,
Guru Singh & Guruperkarma Kaur

In some ways, what's going on is so extreme as to be absurd, but many, many people have lost money, which in turn creates fear -- and what I'm getting is that don't give in to the fear and panic that's starting to take hold. I prefer to remain a detached observer as best I can.

I appreciate the access that Guru Singh has provided for his full lectures. I never fail to be amazed -- with each listening, I uncover something new to contemplate -- and work on. And it goes without saying that the technology of Kundalini yoga has really made the difference in "getting it."

    Sat Nam.

In addition, to the lightness of my heart I wanted to send an insignificant email post in hopes that Guru Singh may see my words of gratitude. You are a beacon of light whose powerful heart and dexterity with words brings me back to center - in an email. Thank you. Thank you for living courageously and accessibly, to so many of us that appreciate the loving nudge to our Spirits to be who we always were - Truth.

Sat Nam and a big hug.

Sat Nam,  from Guru Singh who read these words and appreciates the feedback. May every one be as fortunate as you are in your gratitude for the life you are living.
