POSE FOR A SOLUTION
Dear Ones . . . Sat Nam,This exercise is one of the asanas (poses) in Kundalini Yoga that is able to eradicate inner noise if practiced with consistency. Take the time each day and allow yourself the opportunity to clear the reactionary "noise" from your 'emotional body' . . . the emotional body connects to the physical body exactly at the solar plexus.
In this asana (pose), the lower chest area comes under gravitational and respiratory pressure. Like a quartz crystal clearing and reprograming under pressure, the ability for emotions to hold un-constructive past activities and memories releases from the solar plexus. Practice this exercise with gentle persuasion once a day.
