Your human body is filled with 50 to 70 trillion cells . . . each cell is filled with millions of atoms . . . each atom is filled with electrons orbiting the nucleus. These multiple orbiting electrons are miniature gyroscopes and gyroscopes create unwavering stability. The living body is therefore—by its very nature—a mass of balance and stability. Get in touch with this basic reality and accept the perfect peace living within your self.
