The stages of gestation and development of the spirit body are much like their physical counterparts: Embryonic (the very earliest beginnings—no self-awareness); Fetal (the embryo has blossomed, but not yet born); Thresholder (birthing at the opening to the spirit-world of higher consciousness. This is the very beginning stage of a spiritual life with much duality); Pathwalker (developing the deeper compassion of spirit); and Starwalker (the enlightened, or awakened masters).
Everyone on Earth is on this path at some level. This world—as such—is a one room schoolhouse . . . every level being schooled and evolved together, each learning at their appropriate level and rate. For this reason—as a leader—the most important quality to have in such an environment is complete non-judgment and total non-bias.
These Inspirational Blessings are like mantras . . . reminders that cause us to think at a new angle . . . to shake up old patterns . . . to renew and rebuild our vision and purpose. We then gain insight to ignite and inspire an opening to manifest our conscious focus through conscious action.
