YOGA OF THE WEEK

Dear Ones . . . Sat Nam,

Yoga of the Week provides our online community and visitors a digital window into the—Kundalini Yoga and Meditation—teaching world of Guru Singh as he teaches around the globe. These will often be from our base at Yoga West, in Los Angeles, and then at times from other locations when the schedule calls for travel.

Each lesson consists of a PDF of the Yoga Pose Diagrams CLICK HERE to download this week's . . . and an MP3 of the audio guidance through the actual Kundalini Yoga Class recorded live (warm-up exercises, kriya and meditation) CLICK HERE to download. For the lecture that matches this class CLICK HERE.

This weeks class focuses on — The world is not spinning nor orbiting so that it can arrive somewhere . . . it is just spinning and orbiting. Life is not a destination . . . life is a living experience. There is a pace in the story of the Cosmos . . . there is a pace in the story of the Earth . . . these are always changing and always in harmony with each other. They are both controlled by "Grand Central" . . .the Infinite Presence we call GOD. Your pace however has free will driving it forward . . . therefore it is your task to personally harmonize with the other two . . . the Earth and the Cosmos. This is the path of a person with an advanced consciousness.

Always with Sacred Love, Blessings, Prayer and Gratitude . . . Guru Singh and Guruperkarma

Recorded music playing during this yoga set THE GURU SINGH EXPERIENCE . . . . . There are many more full class lectures by Guru Singh available here.

Deares Ones, I can not understand how to move hands, when we do the "hare gobinday". Yes, I understand "thumbs up. But than what? Both hands from the right to the left and back or both hands towards the center and out again? And where are the hands when we sing the word gobonday, mukanday etc..
And what I also have to tell you, that doing the yoga every morning is changing my life so much and want to say thank you for that. and that simple thank you can not really discribe, what want I feel in my heart. Sat Nam
