Yogaofthe Week provides our online community and visitors a digital windowinto the—Kundalini Yoga and Meditation—teaching world of Guru Singhas he teaches around the globe. These will often be from our base at Yoga West, in Los Angeles, and then at times from other locations whentheschedule calls for travel.

This weeks class focuses on: Feelings are composite sensations, derived and developed from glandular and organ hormones secreted into the bloodstream during the course of daily life . . . a byproduct of the complex layering of emotions.

They may be, or may not be accurate. They are not some god to follow blindly. It is therefore wisest to free your 'Higher-Self' from its slavery to these feelings.

Become an advocate of commitment . . . commitment overrides the inaccuracies of your feelings.

    Thank you, thank you, thank you for a new yoga set. My wife and I eagerly await these yoga sets, since we do them every morning as sadhana. We listen also to the lectures, and your wisdom makes it easier not to be caught up in the little issues. Living in Sweden, we will will not be frequent visitors to the yogawest studio, therefore: We would love for these to be published more often. Just so you know it makes a difference how often you publish them. It does!! Sat Nam

    I have two questions from my morning practice for this set:
    Is the beginning mantra Humee Hum Brahm Hum?
    and in the hand placement for the one where you make a fist with your right hand, and a cup with your left...where does the left hand go? I want to know the correct position, and I am not understanding it. Thank you. This set is very challenging to me and will become a good buddy.
    Any advice on how I can help my husband, John with the frog and crow poses? Is there a modification I can help him do?
