ECLIPSE SEEN FROM THE GOLDEN TEMPLE

Dear Ones . . . Sat Nam,

T
his is what the beginning of the eclipse looked like at sunrise from Amritsar India at the Golden Temple. This is exactly where our school — Miri Piri Academy — is located. Most people have reported back to our website that the sensations experienced during this eclipse time were phenomenal in the very least.

Use mantras more often during these days that follow in order to maximize your benefits. Mantras will micro-adjust the mirrors and lenses in your DNA . . . the nano-crystals of trace-salts and trace-sugars that make up much of the mechanical structure in the double helixes. Such micro-adjustments to these angles of the crystalline faces allow you to more intuitively (great psychic clarity) tune into each moment . . . even more so after this eclipse.

Always with Sacred Love Blessings Prayer and Gratitude . . . Sat Nam, Guru Singh & Guruperkarma Kaur.

    Dear Ones

I am a student alone, with only the internet for learning and practicing SCK....i want to see it through to maximum effect, and yet there is much controversy between instructors (on the NET) on how to best practice it. This creates insecurity and confusion in the student, especially when some warn that to practice it incorrectly is dangerous!

I wish only to do a good and safe practice and be able to help others who may need assistance with it.

Might you have any suggestions for me?

I am also unclear about the "Shaking" exercise which follows Kriyas.

Until then, i will continue to practice as best i can.

    Thank you,
    SatNam

    DEAR RAVEN - SAT NAM,

REMEMBER THE WORDS OF YOGI BHAJAN

Chant Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo and then trust what comes through. This is all the courage that is needed to practice correctly and to teach respectfully.

I am a Kundalini Yoga Instructor in Florida. I haven't had the opportunity to meet you but your lectures and inspirational quotas have a deep impact on my daily life. From your talks about PACE to the classes you taught at Summer Solstice. I don't have the opportunity to go to your classes but I am grateful that at least I can learn through your podcasts and blog. Thank you for authentically sharing your experiences and for touching our souls.

    Sat Nam.
