YOGA OF THE WEEK - A Special Class for Working With Clearing Consciousness

Dear Ones . . . Sat Nam,

Yoga of the Week provides our online community and visitors a digital window into the — Kundalini Yoga and Meditation — Guru Singh teaches around the globe. These will often be from our base at Yoga West, in Los Angeles, and then at times from other locations when the schedule calls for travel.

Each lesson consists of a PDF of the Yoga Pose Diagrams CLICK HERE to download this week's set . . . and an MP3 of the audio guidance through the actual Kundalini Yoga Class . . . recorded live with the warm-up exercises, kriya, chanting and meditation CLICK HERE to download. For the corresponding lecture CLICK HERE.

Safety is a state of consciousness in the experience of time; it is not a condition to be secured within your space. When you search your space for safety; you are in search of an illusion — which can always be found, and it can feel convincingly safe, and it will always be an illusion. This does not mean that you will not believe that it is real; it means that it is an illusion that feels real.

These are the specific Kundalini yoga kryas and chanting to reweave this time of opportunity into our consciousness — to synchronize and tune into the blessings of reality that are now available.

Always with Sacred Love, Blessings, Prayer and Gratitude . . . Guru Singh and Guruperkarma

Recorded music playing during this yoga set are from THE GURU SINGH EXPERIENCE VOL's 1 & 2 and NAAD MANTRA  . . . . . There are many more full class lectures by Guru Singh available here.

Just wondering if you had stopped adding your weekly yoga classes since none have been added since Nov 7th.

Those of us who cannot get to your classes because we live too far away, really appreciate your teachings so very much. The lecture and the class.

I will be making a donation this week for the classes you have so kindly given to us.

ANSWER: No we are working on so many new events that we sometimes get behind. Bless you for asking

Sat Nam, and thank you so much for these kriyas. I'm having a difficult time figuring out the 7th posture, that one after the chant of Ek Ong Kara. I'm confused with how the arms are moving. Can you please break it down for me in words. Thanks you for your time. Himat Kaur

Sat Nam - They are cupped over the ears, but not touching the ears. It is like you are holding two shells and listening to them as you chant.
