Dear Ones . . . Sat Nam,

The positive mind is the method of overcoming the deductive reasoning that is so rampant on this Earth right now. This is to overcome the subtle negatives that pervade our social nets and rather reinvest in subtle positives to achieve self realization that is required in this world moving forward. In order for you to know yourself, you must be able to see yourself, in order for you to see yourself you must be able to reflect yourself.

Always with Sacred Love, Blessings, Prayer and Gratitude . . . Guru Singh and Guruperkarma

Recorded music playing during this yoga set are from THE GURU SINGH EXPERIENCE VOL's 1 & 2 and NAAD MANTRA  . . . . . There are many more full class lectures by Guru Singh available here. Find Guru Singh's music HERE and his new book HERE.

Sat Nam, thank you for each en every lesson, yoga of the week, and the blessings, I love it! I don't understand everything always, but maybe in the next moment yes i see it.

Right now i don't understand the mudra where you are spoken of. The ringfinger etc. please please will you explaine or tell me the name of the mudra zo i can search?
With Lots of Love and lots of Light, Yours truly

ANSWER: The hands are both facing up. The fingers are spread apart. The tips of the sun fingers (ring fingers) are touching each other. You have then -- the Mercury or little fingers slightly crossed over each other. It will form a little diamond shape from all the crossing of those fingers. Remember the palms are facing upward.
