INSPIRATIONAL BLESSINGS - Time to Rejoice in this Holy Season - A New Renaissance for the New Year

Living in the human form equals the entertainment and containment of massive life-forces. Left to indolence and idleness, entropy takes over and these forces run wild and run life. This is the clear path to stress — idleness creating stress — an odd combination, but very real.
On the other hand, these forces can be contained by the simple awareness of purpose and the possibility of outlet. Purpose plus outlet creates vision and when you live with vision, the realities of outcome are inspired and manifest, moment to moment.
Some people simply live to exist — this is caused by the absence of vision. Purpose plus outlet naturally stimulates this 'existence orientation' into an insistence and a persistence toward a vision. This might read like a rhyming game . . . yet with insistence and persistence, an extraordinary life unfolds, and there will always be resistance.
Resistance is a product of nature — it is part of the physics of life . . . action ~ reaction. Manage the resistance — balance the resistance — angle the resistance — and relaxation is at hand.
Life can be elementary with this relaxation . . . and . . . life can be elementary and yet very stressed. Life can also be extraordinarily active, achieving great goals, moving mountains, and be either stressed or relaxed. It is not about the amount of achieving, the activity or drive that stresses life; it is the lack of equilibrium — the lack of balance — the lack of managing the resistance.
Most importantly, whichever life you desire — elementary or extraordinary — it must have the cycles of both effort and relaxation to remain healthy. All effort is a burnout and all idleness is stagnation. Relaxation is as important as effort and exercise are in the orchestration of achievement in healthy living. Blood flow, cellular nourishment and rejuvenation are enhanced dramatically within a effort/relaxation cycle. This also decreases the rate of aging.
There are many events contributing to our state of relaxation, some of them we initiate consciously and many more are autonomic. The autonomic side is taken care of by the autonomic nervous system. In addition to this automatic nature, it is essential that we intend relaxation as often as we exert ourselves. Like the relationship of night and day — these cycles of intent must be kept in balance.
The autonomic nervous system runs our glands and organs. Rejuvenation is available when these glands and organs are properly nourished. Nourishment takes place during relaxation. Relax to eat, relax to nourish . . . remember — there is no such thing as fast food . . . there is fasting and then there is food.
Enhanced blood supply, nervous system calming, cellular reorganization and revitalization all take place when the body is at rest. Rest is like a child's nap schedule however — the child either has it, or avoids it. No one can tell the blade of a knife to enjoy the grinder, but the blade will become worthless if it does not submit to sharpening. No one can tell a busy person to become complacent, but the system will become worthless if it does not feed its rejuvenation through these more relaxed cycles.
Complacency has gotten a bad 'reputation' over the years — it actually means to be 'in place' — to feel 'at home'. It is this eased sensation that renews the body and mind. In addition to complacency, learning to appreciate life's grinding is also an act of relaxation.
Let this be your resolve for the year to come. Take the rest that allows you to be your best. Inspire yourself to be at ease with your easiness. This is the path to health and prosperity . . . use this change of the year to begin the walk on the path of practical enlightenment.
These Inspirational Blessings are like mantras . . . reminders that cause us to think at a new angle . . . to shake up old patterns . . . to renew and rebuild our vision and purpose. We then gain insight to ignite and inspire an opening to manifest our conscious focus through conscious action. Find Guru Singh's music HERE and his new book HERE.

Everyday we get to shovel snow! And to find the
face of Joy in the fact, that everyday we get to shovel snow.
It is a necessity, easier when we both face it, when we
all face it together, and there is no grumbling, or some start up grumble mumble...but easier and more
productive and refreshing to chant the way. How fantastic we feel in the heat with our faces thawing, and our body worked, invigorated, how efficient fuel works. Resistance is very interesting,
stacked on a shovel. Clearing a path for the day, like
morning prayers & yoga.
The media makes the weather into a boogie dog/light show/ drama, with so much fear. Rid iculus. This weather slows folks down, which is what the winter season does to everything. Everyone is more
present in their car mind, and that is very nice.
We planted some Solstice Dream Seeds, some intentions for the winter until spring season last night in our family ritual, and evening prayers.
Thank you.
