Over the last seven million years of our two-legged evolution we’ve developed human anatomy for its ultimate human purpose. Our bodies are finely tuned instruments; they are to be kept healthy, happy, whole and holy. They are to be nourished with food that is food; to be exercised for both strength and flexibility; and they are to be carrying our consciousness on its vast evolutionary voyage . . . a spirit voyage.
