O
ver the last seven million years of our two-legged evolution we’ve developed human anatomy for its ultimate human purpose. We have finally reached this physical, mental and emotional stage and are now crossing over from the historical purpose of our survival into an entirely new phenomenon. As modern humans we live in a body that has been marvelously constructed and highly evolved into a refined instrument of cosmic worship. We are now built to achieve practical enlightenment with fearless wisdom.

Our bodies are finely tuned instruments; they are to be kept healthy, happy, whole and holy. They are to be nourished with food that is food; to be exercised for both strength and flexibility; and they are to be carrying our consciousness on its vast evolutionary voyage . . . a spirit voyage.

It is the voyage that is upon us today . . . and for those of us who are paying attention . . . we are here for the purpose of learning it and living it.

This fantastic seminar — in this exotic location — is to establish exactly this goal in our lives. Guru Singh will teach from 60 years of experience on yogic, mantric and spiritual practice using over 40 years of teaching Kundalini Yoga (as taught by Yogi Bhajan),  with musical skills that will create a divine atmosphere of yoga, meditation and mantra. We will be using  yoga with movement, asanas, kriya, pranayam, meditation, chanting, journaling, visioneering, and play at the seminar to create a meaningful daily practice that will travel home with you from this cozy time in Yelapa, Mexico.

Please find Guru Singh's music CD's HERE and his new books HERE.
