Summer Solstice is the highest sun / fire energy of every year on Earth. This year's 3HO Summer Solstice celebration is [in fact] focused on the element of Fire.
The sacred power of Fire is found in its containment. Kundalini Yoga / Meditations create this dynamically balanced containment when practiced regularly. Much of our dreams, our goals and our missions can be accomplished when the clarity of this contained and focused Human~Fire is applied.
This workshop provides an opportunity to shed the debris gathered throughout the year, and use Yogi Bhajan's teachings of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation and Humanology to produce this greater clarity.

Do you have any of your wonderful drawings for the kryias. There's one that you talk about bringing the left heal against the leg and three fingers (somewhere) I keep listening to try and get it; holding the right hand against the heart (a sketch) whould be helpful.
