Ong at the second chakra, sex organs area, and Sat at Heart chakra. If you pay close attention every syllable is vibrated in ascending order through the chakra system.

You know how trees breath? You know how you can
feel them, and it is cool around them? I am making
my own oxygen like the trees, I feel that cool and
breathing all around me after this mantra/mudra.
It is somehow different from the lungs breathe, but
each cell.

That 's why I like to make plant tinctures, especially
"simples", just one plant at a time, steeped, then
decanted. It was amazing that plantain the cool remedy, always grew by nettle, the hot blazer. Both
good medicines. I could eventually gather nettle without bursting the oil gland under it's leaf. And
had numb hands for the first few seasons of learning, which was interesting. The weeds where we live and grow really help us. I always look for what weed/herb grows wherever I am.
We also loved the hand mudra mantra for creative
brain that you sent us, yesterday. Thank you!
The snow blanket is thawing here, and it is so fresh,
like a deep breath. That oxygen cooled, released from
the snow.

Sat Nam, Namaste, In Lak éch, Thanks, I like the meditation.....but what must I do? Close, Open (ra), close(ma), open (da) just that? Or must Open the hole time till Hung and close? OPen en close in the cap between Ra Ma?
